This baby shower cake was a delight to make! Layers of scrummy vegan carrot cake sponges sandwiched with vegan buttercream. The decoration was abstract Peter Rabbit with a garden, flowers and a dreamy blue sky. All of which was hand painted! It was topped off with rose petals, gypsophila (also known as baby's breath) and of course a few edible carrots for that mischievous bunny rabbit!!
This birthday cake took me back to my teenage years of watching Buffy, Angel and Spike. Blood red velvet sponges (obviously!) were sandwiched with vanilla bean buttercream and a few hidden chocolate chips. Buffy decorations included vampire fang marks, gravestones, black buttercream roses, the Sunnydale sign, a cross and wooden stake.
Fang-tastic!! Psst...Spike was my favourite!
This birthday cake was a colourful delight! Four layers of yummy lemon sponge sandwiched with lemon curd and lemon buttercream. A stunning blue drip cascading down the yellow buttercream. It was decorated with Minion themed sweets, classic pick'n'mix and of course a few bananas!! Those minions are so cheeky (and totally adorable) and can't help put a smile on your face.
Whoa! This one was definitely extraordinary. Two tiers of gorgeous caramel sponges covered in salted caramel buttercream and a caramel drip. It was decorated with gold leaf, chocolates, chocolates and more chocolates! Certainly a 30th Birthday cake to remember. If you want your own extraordinary cake get in touch!
Layer upon layer of decadent Chocolate Guinness sponges were sandwiched with chocolate buttercream and a few hidden chocolate chips. The party colour theme perfectly matched with a pink drip, macarons and a bottom tier sparkletastic with edible sequins. Are you looking for unique celebration cakes for your special occasions? Elegant, beautiful and charming. All of these perfectly describe this stunning semi-naked Christening cake. Rich chocolate sponges layered between white chocolate buttercream and topped with a milk chocolate drip. Homemade chocolate hazelnut and vanilla bean macarons were the crowning glory for this lucky little girl.
